MM2H Regulation Updates
Under the updated "MM2H 3.0" rules as of 2024 and 2025, the Malaysian government no longer accepts direct or "walk-in" applications from individuals.
All submissions must be channeled through a licensed agency registered with the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC).
The government recently required all agents to re-license under stricter capital requirements.
